Our Diagnostics Protocol

We begin with a Comprehensive Medical History and Physical Examination

 

  • Detailed discussion of current symptoms, past medical conditions, family history, medications, lifestyle factors (diet, exercise, sleep, stress levels), and social support.
  • A thorough physical examination including vital signs (blood pressure, heart rate, respiratory rate, temperature), body mass index (BMI), neurological assessment, musculoskeletal assessment, and tests related to early detection of chronic diseases.

Over 100 Lab Tests that deliver actionable insights. Some of these tests include

 

  • Blood Tests:
    • Fasting blood glucose and HbA1c (for diabetes).
    • Lipid profile (cholesterol and triglycerides).
    • Complete blood count (CBC).
    • Comprehensive metabolic panel (CMP).
    • Thyroid function tests.
    • Vitamin B12 and vitamin D levels.
    • Inflammatory markers (C-reactive protein, erythrocyte sedimentation rate).

  • Urine Tests:

Pain Assessment:

 

  • Detailed pain history including onset, duration, location, intensity, quality, aggravating and relieving factors.

  • Assessment of psychological factors (e.g., depression, anxiety) that may contribute to pain.

Functional Assessment

 

  • Evaluation of activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) to assess functional independence and identify areas where assistance may be needed.
  • Gait and balance assessment to identify fall risk.

Cognitive Assessment

 

  • Screening for cognitive impairment (e.g., Mini-Mental State Examination, Montreal Cognitive Assessment).

Follow-up and Ongoing Care

 

  • Regular follow-up visits to monitor chronic conditions, review test results, adjust treatment plans, and address any new concerns.
  • Referral to specialists (e.g., endocrinologist, pain specialist, geriatrician) as needed.
  • Development of a personalized care plan that includes lifestyle modifications (diet, exercise, stress management), medication management, and other interventions.
